Senior Creative Circle
You won’t just be the face of this brand.
You’ll help shape the voice of it.
Six spots for the Class of 2027. Senior portraits, and much more, for seniors in Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and northeastern Maryland.
What is the Senior Creative Circle?
This isn’t a Rep Team. It’s something so much better.
Senior year is unlike any other year. It’s a season of lasts — the last first day, the final season, the moments with friends before everyone heads in different directions. It deserves to be documented like it actually matters. Not with stiff, forgettable portraits that look like everyone else’s. With something real.
The Senior Creative Circle is a small, exclusive group of 6 handpicked Class of 2027 juniors who become the founding pioneers of something completely new — not promoters, not models for hire, but creative partners with equal voices and a real stake in what we build together. Open to juniors in Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and northeast Maryland only.
The applicants selected won’t just appear in the photos. They’ll help shape the direction of the brand — the concepts, the content, the voice. Their opinions drive real decisions. Their style influences the creative direction. Their senior year becomes the foundation of something that will outlast it.
This isn’t a program built around follower counts or posting schedules. It’s built around six rising seniors who have something worth saying — and deserve a professional stage to say it from.
The benefits are real, the experience is extraordinary, and there are only 6 spots. Full details are shared at the information session — by invitation, after you apply.
Who is Bob?
Hello! My name is Bob Baylis, owner of Dreamscape Studios
I’ve been photographing high school seniors and sports in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland for years. And what keeps me coming back isn’t the camera. It’s the moment when someone sees a photo of themselves and realizes, for the first time, just how extraordinary they actually are.
My background is in fashion photography — and that editorial eye comes with me to every senior session I shoot. The clean, bold, intentional style you see influencers and content creators using? That’s the visual language I’ve worked in for years. I bring that same aesthetic to your senior portraits, which means images that don’t just look like senior photos. They look like you, at your best, shot by someone who knows exactly how to make that happen.

The members I select for the circle aren’t just clients. They are pioneers, helping shape the direction and voice of something that’s never existed before. And I take that seriously.
A Few Things Worth Knowing Before You Apply
Circle members receive substantial benefits — creative, financial, and professional. A few things worth knowing before you apply:
The full picture — every benefit, every expectation, every detail — is shared personally at the information session. That’s by design. Some things are worth showing up for.
Let’s Be Clear About What This Isn’t
The Senior Creative Circle is not a traditional ambassador or rep program. There are no follower requirements, no posting schedules, no scripts, and no pressure to sell anything to your friends.
It’s also not a giveaway or a contest. Every member is personally selected based on who they are and not how many followers they have.
What it is, and what makes it different from anything you’ve seen before, is something I’d rather show you in person than describe on a webpage.
Is This You?
I am not looking for the most popular. Not the most followed. I am looking for the most real.
The right person for the Senior Creative Circle has a strong sense of who she is and isn’t afraid to show it. She cares about authenticity. She has something to say and wants a space where her voice actually matters. She’s a Class of 2027 junior in Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, or northeastern Maryland, and she’s genuinely excited about what we’re building, not just what she receives for being part of it.
You don’t need a large following. You just need to be someone whose peers listen to when she talks, because she’s earned that, not performed it.
